Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 onion, diced 6-8 pieces of cooked bacon 1/4 lb grass fed beef ('cause we are watching our weight: hence the health conscious meal) --> made into meat balls 1/2 lb pepper jack cheese, shredded 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, shredded 2 tbs cream cheese 2 tbs butter, softened 6 cherry tomatoes, halved 1 10oz can cream of mushroom Rice elbow noodles Pepper to taste
Method:
-preheat oven 400 -Cook noodles -Cook bacon -Form 1 inch meat balls & cook in left over bacon grease
-shred cheeses ---> mix all of the ingredients together EXCEPT noodles, some cheese, meatballs, tomatoes & 1 piece of bacon
-Layer half of noodles on bottom of dish. -Dump the mixture on top, spread equally.
-Layer rest of noodles, sprinkle more cheese + tomatoes + bacon piece.
-Bake for 15 minutes at 400.
Be prepared to sit for the rest of the night.
For more fun, torch it for really no reason but to use fire!
